SAFe – Scaled Agile Roll-Out Programme.

My Client is a Global Investment Bank that is embarking on what is effectively a greenfield roll-out of Scaled Agile across its IT operations.
We have been asked to provide the resource to deliver this change during 2018. This will involve 3 x Consultants with extensive SAFe experience being engaged during Q3.
Experience of working within an Investment bank is an advantage but is not essential. An additional advantage is Lean Process Excellence experience, including Visual management, Value Stream Mapping and familiarity with McKinsey style ‘Waves’.
